What is Portal Access?
Portal access is a way for your to access your diagnostic images at home. Come into our clinic with your OHIP card and we can give you a personalized code and PIN. All you have to do is sign a consent form that allows us to hand this personal information over to you. The code and PIN can also be shared with your specialists if needed, so they have access to your diagnostic images.
*PLEASE NOTE*
Portal Access only gives access to diagnostic images; NOT the report. If you would like a copy of the report, give us a call and we will let you know when you can come to pick it up in person. Reports cannot be sent through email as it is a private and confidential medical file. A consent form must also be signed to pick up reports.

A Note to Our Patients...
Due to a high volume of patients, we will be cutting off
x-rays and BMDs once we have reached capacity for the day. Unfortunately, we are unable to notify patients ahead of time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
